According to Life of a Betta, a Betta fish that lives in a bowl has an average life span of 2-3 years. Yup...my Betta is almost 5 years old. I don't feed him anything special or have him in a tank. He is just an ancient dude with the will to live.

Confession #20: I have a Betta fish that has lived for 5 years.
According to Life of a Betta, a Betta fish that lives in a bowl has an average life span of 2-3 years. Yup...my Betta is almost 5 years old. I don't feed him anything special or have him in a tank. He is just an ancient dude with the will to live.
